A 123 square meter, 5-space, second floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Road in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was marketed for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 square meter, three-area, fourth ground condominium with a safety home, 14 square meter balcony, 13 square meter storage place, elevator and two parking areas in the Blue Job overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, conditioning home and tennis court docket in the constructing was marketed for NIS 6.4 million.
